"How Mentorship Changed My Path”

A Testimonial From Tuesday Morris
"His guidance helped me grow in ways I hadn’t expected."

“I first met Trevor on top of Pilot Butte, and that conversation changed everything. He shared insights about Oregon State Parks and the Youth Interpretive Volunteer opportunity available, sparking my interest in joining the program. After a great interview, I dove into the experience, volunteering for about 25 hours—and it was truly transformative.

Through Trevor’s mentorship, I not only learned about the park and its environment but also gained invaluable skills in teamwork, communication, and leadership. His guidance helped me grow in ways I hadn’t expected, building both my confidence and my appreciation for giving back to the community. If you’re looking for an opportunity that inspires growth and makes a lasting impact, I highly recommend applying for this opportunity.”
